IT infrastructures have evolved and so has our popular Information Storage and Management (ISM) course. Since the first iteration of ISM became available in 2006, this ‘open’ course has provided thousands of students with the concepts and principles of managing storage-related technologies in IT environments.
To keep pace with rapidly changing technology advances, ISM has undergone updates over the years to remain relevant and fresh. In 2012, ISMv2 saw the addition of topics on cloud computing and a greater emphasis on virtualization as those technologies became widely adopted across industries.

The newest version of the Information and Storage Management course is now available.

The newest version of the Information and Storage Management course is now available.

Now, in ISMv3, we have broadened the scope of ISM course topics even further by adding coverage of Third Platform technologies — cloud, Big Data, mobile, and social — and software-defined data centers to reflect the reality of today’s IT infrastructures.

The course provides a strong understanding of storage technologies and prepares participants for advanced concepts, technologies, and processes. Participants will learn the architectures, features, and benefits of intelligent storage systems, software-defined storage, storage networking technologies, business continuity solutions, information security, and storage infrastructure management.

View this video for more detail on the ISMv3 offering.
Available as of August 28, 2015, you can register for this course here.
