After upgrading to VMware ESXi 5.5 Patch 05 (build number: 2702864) with VMware NSX for vSphere 6.1.x your Virtual Machines on VXLAN Wires may be unable to communicate across hosts with their Edges or Distributed Routers.

This is a known issue affecting VMware ESXi 5.5 Patch 5
